Please no children. Due to work schedules, we are unable to answer phone calls during work hours on week days. Afternoons and evenings are best. If you leave a message and get no call back within a day or so, please shoot us an e-mail with your question. We check e-mail all day every day, but we are not usually available to answer the phone. We have had a lot of problems from customers that leave a voicemail that we don't get, or don't get in time. Email is better for us to document requests or address/order changes, etc.

Location: We do not have a physical address for customers to come over and "pick out" tortoises or supplies. We raise our tortoises in private locations for their own security and protection. We have a pickup location in North Las Vegas for pre-arranged orders (you can choose "local pickup" during checkout, and pick up the following business day).
